HOT & SPICY CHICKEN YAKITORI
1. Marinate the chicken with NYC Classic Sauce and oil for 1 hour minimum.
2. Skewer the chicken on to wooden skewers, with 4-6 pieces per skewer.
3. Grill on a lightly oiled grill over medium to medium high heat, flipping as needed until cooked through and slightly charred.
4. Finish with an extra brushing of NYC Classic Sauce and enjoy!

thinly sliced scallions
