HOT & SPICY HOLIDAY BLOODY MARY
1. Coat the rim of a glass with shichimi togarashi and fill with ice.
2. In a mixing glass filled with ice, stir together the vodka, Clamato, and freshly ground pepper.
3. Strain into the prepared glass and garnish with cucumber, lime, celery, and crispy bacon.
Note: This is actually a caesar, which is a more umami forward version of a Bloody Mary. If you prefer a bloody mary, just substitute with tomato juice.

4 oz Clamato juice (or tomato juice)
